Prof A Okreglicki (co-founder)
AO is a heart specialist, an electrophysiologist – that means he fixes the electrical problems of many, many hearts as electrophysiologists are very hard to come by in South Africa. He has worked in the USA and currently works at Groote Schuur. His specialty is analyzing rhythm disturbances and then correcting them.
Prof Paul Brink (co-founder)
Paul is professor of Internal Medicine at the University of Stellenbosch Medical School and Tygerberg Hospital. He has a strong interest in heart diseases and genetics and have mapped and identified genetic defects of inherited heart diseases namely: Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Long QT syndrome and Familial heart block.
William Stranix
William is from MEDTRONIC South Africa and play a crucial role in advancing arrhythmia care in South Africa.

Lusan Luscombe - CEO (co-founder)
Lusan discovered she had 2 children affected by ARVD in 2001. The past years have exposed her to a multitude of experiences in and out of hospital with her children and losing one child. She is determined to create a support structure to help people cope, prevent tragedies and find solutions.
Franciska du Toit
Franciska represents the company MSM and is contracted to initiate fundraising projects for PACE.
Althea Goosen - Support Group co-ordinater
Althea is a study co-ordinator at Stellenbosch University Medical School and has been involved with affected individuals and families for 15 years.
She feels that a support group is essential for these families.
Juliet Rogan
Juliet is our treasurer and is extra commited to the success of PACE as 2 of her family members are affected by ARVC
Prof Rob Scott Millar
Prof Millar, an electrophysiologist has a wealth of experience and plays a vital role in advising on PACE activities.
Sydney Jacobs has family members affected by HCM and is assisting in all possible ways for PACE to provide an effective service for the public.
